What automations do you support?
We support automations built on Make.com, Zapier, n8n, custom APIs, and ZOPPLY products. If you have automations on other platforms, we’ll evaluate them during onboarding.
What's the difference between monitoring and maintenance?
Monitoring detects issues (we alert you when something breaks). Maintenance includes actually fixing problems, optimising performance, and making improvements.
What counts as a "new workflow"?
A new workflow is a net-new automation process. Simple modifications to existing workflows don’t count against your limit. Complex rebuilds might count as a new workflow.
Do you need access to our systems?
Yes, we need admin access to automation platforms and read access to connected tools. We follow strict security protocols and can sign NDAs.
Can you maintain automations built by others?
Usually yes. We’ll audit existing automations during onboarding. If they’re poorly built, we may recommend rebuilding for reliability.
What about platform subscription costs?
Platform fees (Make.com, Zapier, etc.) are separate and paid directly by you. Our fee covers the human expertise to maintain and improve your automations.
