What if I need something customised?
Every automation is configured for your specific business: your branding, your processes, your tools. The fixed price covers this customisation. We’re not selling off-the-shelf software.
Do products work with my existing software?
We integrate with 200+ tools, including Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Shopify, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and the most popular business software. If you use something unusual, ask us, but we probably can connect it.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, fixes, and reasonable modifications. If something breaks, we fix it. No extra charge. If you need a small tweak, that’s included. Major changes or new automations are quoted separately.
Why is there a setup fee AND a monthly fee?
Setup covers the 20-40+ hours of work to build your automation: discovery, configuration, integration, testing, and training. Monthly covers ongoing hosting, monitoring, and support. We could roll setup into a higher monthly fee, but we prefer transparent pricing.
Can I pay annually to save money?
Yes. Pay annually and get 10% off the monthly fees. Setup fees remain the same. Contact us for annual pricing on any product or bundle.
